We’ll also have Brewery Bites of Loaded Nachos, our famous giant Pretzels, Chips n’ Beer Cheese Queso, and Stout Cheesecake! We have indoor and outdoor seating, playground for the kiddos, and dogs welcome outside on a leash. Cheers!

Join us the Brenham Heritage Museum on Tuesday, May 27th, for a distinguished installment of our Speaker Series, featuring guest speaker and author Blake Pfeffer, who will present insights from his recent publication: “Shouts from the Republic: A Brief History of the Republic of Texas and the Cost of Freedom.”

Mr. Pfeffer’s lifelong dedication to Texas history began in his youth and has since grown into a personal library of over 2,200 volumes—many of them rare and original editions from the 19th century. His scholarship is grounded in these primary sources, offering a compelling exploration of the Texians’ fight for independence, shedding light on the individuals, battles, and sacrifices that shaped the Republic of Texas. A respected voice in the historical community, Mr. Pfeffer has previously spoken at the Texas State Historical Association, the State Capitol, and numerous civic and historical organizations across the state.
