The White House on the Hill is a reflection of a long time past and of treasured structures that helped define what our ancestors valued in life. Conveniently located on the edge of Washington County near Greenvine, it is perfectly situated to explore Round Top, Brenham, Carmine, Fayetteville, Burton and the surrounding areas. Linda and Rob followed their heart in creating this destination with luxury and elegance in mind. The Bonnie Blue House is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage that can accommodate up to 4 adults. There is a full kitchen and coffee bar for all your dining needs, a dining room and spacious living room with TV and roku setup. Outdoor seating area is available underneath 2 large oak trees between the house and garden for guests to enjoy the wonderful country atmosphere.
Enjoy taking in the sights and history of Independence by walking the village loop and Old Baylor Park. Continue with a trip to see the beautiful gardens of The Antique Rose Emporium. Then head to the General Store for a burger and beer; trust me-the burgers do not disappoint.
A short drive down Hwy 50 South to 105 will take you quickly into Brenham. There visit Blue Bell and the downtown for shopping and dining.
Planning on going to an A&M game, graduation, or just sightseeing around Bryan/College Station; head North on Hwy 50 for an easy drive into town.

The Ranch is a 5000 sq-ft. – barndominium with a 1500 sq-ft. covered porch overlooking a gorgeous valley. The theme of the barndo is Texas. The interior is divided into two areas. The front “grand room” is 2000 sq-ft. with a 23 ft.-high ceiling at the peak contains a large sectional sofa, a table that seats 20, a modern kitchen with a large kitchen island. You will also find a large bar and a half bath. Playing pool with your friends on the pool table located next to the bar. The back section contains a large game room, a laundry room, and six bedrooms with own baths. Two of the six bedrooms are Masters. There are smart TVs/cable in the grand room, game room and two masters. The other bedrooms have smart TVs. Sleeps up to 28 in 8 bedrooms with 7 1/2 baths on 7 acres.
The Estate at Pleasant Hill
Enjoy a stay at The Estate at Pleasant Hill. The 25-year-old winery has been transformed into two spacious rooms perfect for 2-4 guests. Each room has a private bath, king-size bed, and refrigerator.
