Texas Association of Metal Detecting Clubs Texas Treasure Show

Come see the displays of Gold, Silver, Coins, relics, artifacts, and jewelry. See the hunters in action,
learn tips and see the latest in metal detecting technology.
Booths will be set up with treasure hunting finds from the metal detecting clubs from all over Texas.
Vendors with metal detecting equipment, books, jewelry, mining equipment, coins, bottles, Civil War
relics, and much more. Many clubs’ tables will have fundraisers with great prizes.

Beneficial Insects Day at Antique Rose Emporium

As the Lead Horticulturist at Antique Rose Emporium, Darcy Burns is the creative mind behind the educational content in our handouts and email newsletters. She will be giving an engaging presentation on Beneficial Insects—their roles in our gardens, how to identify them, and practical ways to attract and support them.

While the presentation is underway, children can enjoy a fun and hands-on activity. Then, to wrap things up, we’ll celebrate with a delightful Ladybug Release!

Friends of the Bluebonnet Opry

The Friends of Bluebonnet Opry is considered as some of the best wholesome family entertainment in the area. The Opry has a Down Home Country Feeling with Live Old School Country Music performed every third Thursday of each month. The Bluebonnet Opry House Band are some of the most talented Musicians you can find in the area. Each month we feature different artists and twice a year have an outstanding Polka show. The Opry is in the Silver Wings Ballroom 4100 Hwy 105 East of Brenham. The doors and Grill open at 5:30PM. Admission is $10.00, Band starts at 7:00 PM. Proceeds benefit Hospice Brazos Valley. Come out and enjoy the show and dance the evening away.
