Our non-profit organization operates a 9,000 square foot covered Pavilion available for renting dealer spaces during our Fall/Spring antique shows. Situated just 10 miles east of Round Top on Highway 290, Burton is ideally positioned to attract customers traveling from Houston en route to Round Top – Warrenton.

Pavilion spaces will be open for rental from October 11th -19th, operating hours are from 9am to 5pm. We offer 15’x20′ and 10’x10′ spaces, well-lit with adjacent restrooms and electricity available. Rent for a 15’x20′ space is $125 per week, while a 10’x10′ space is $75. Electricity is an additional $50 charge for the week. Additionally, we offer RV spaces for vendors with water and electric hookups available for an extra fee, arranged in advance.
