We are located in Brenham, Texas in the hill country of central Texas.

We are just down the road from Lake Somerville, historic Washington on the Brazos and the Bluebell Creamery. Round Top is a few miles to our west and Chappell Hill to our east.   
The quaint, 1930’s craftsman-style house channels the innocence, purity, and simplicity of Texas’ countryside. The style, which conveys the unpretentious ease of hill country life, is finding an increasingly receptive audience in modern times. Cheery and natural, the style places function over form and comfort over modernity.
The Texas Country Guesthouse overlooks picturesque landscapes of open fields and beautiful blue skies. The house offers a handful of amenities for guests to enjoy either on a romantic or adventurous, outdoor getaway. To reassure our guests during these uncertain times, we thoroughly clean and disinfect the house after each stay.

This 5 bedroom, 5-1/2 bath modern farmhouse plus an additional 2-2 in a separate “Casita” offers the perfect spot for family or friends to gather in comfort. Looking for a place to hold your family reunion but don’t want to be stacked on top of each other? Lots of room to spread out here with activities for all ages. The two-story main house has a large living area to seat 20+, a colorful electric fireplace for “ambiance” or heat, concrete floors on the first floor for minimal worry, a game room with large TV, bar and electronic games, and a separate laundry room. The back porch has a pathway to the neighboring Casita and as well as a path to the fire pit area. Upstairs is a bunk room, theater with fiber optic twinkling star ceiling, full bath, and two more large bedrooms with private baths. The Casita has two bedrooms with private baths, and a center gathering room with futon, table, sink, small refrigerator, and K-cup coffee maker. Outside is a fire ring and plenty of wood to enjoy the evening stars and mooing of neighboring cows. Great place for s’mores! Activities include a variety of games, toys and puzzles including an electronic console and card/poker table/bumper pool. Outside-riding, climbing and swinging toys for kids, and catch and release fishing, berry picking, basketball, ping pong, kickball bases, Frisbee golf, corn hole, washers, and more. Located between Brenham and Navasota just off the highway but out in the country.

Only a mile from downtown Brenham shops and eateries.  A spacious 3 bed (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 sofas that convert to beds), 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath en suite.   Huge fenced back yard with Volleyball/Badminton set.  Fully equipped Kitchen. Books to read, children and adult games to play. Slip and Slide for the youngsters, soccer ball, beach ball. All of the conveniences of home.
