Located on a large corner lot, start your day with a cup of coffee, KOZE-ied up in the front porch rocking chair, enjoy the lush landscape under the mature oaks and relax around the firepit area in the evenings with a glass of wine. Experience the small-town life, you will not regret it. Within a close proximity and drive time to the surrounding towns of Chappell Hill, Burton, Round Top/Carmine, Bellville and Bryan/College Station.

We are family-friendly. Have a fenced-in yard with a swing set for kids to play in. We also have a crib in the master bedroom. You can walk across the street to Holt Park. During Spring the front acre is full of wild flowers. Convenient to Downtown and Shopping. Early check-in and late check-out upon request. We love our guests!!
