There is nothing quite like the charm of a tiny Texas town. The rocking chairs on front porches, country breezes and smells, brightly shining stars, parades and festivals, and the genuine friendliness of strangers. Built in 1900, this 121 year old cottage farmhouse is located 0.5 mile from the charming downtown Chappell Hill shops and restaurants. Located on a little hillside above a seasonal creek, it has original wood floors and doors, shiplap walls, pulley windows, 3 porches, 2 rocking chairs. It is the perfect setting to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, romantic getaway, girls’ weekend, or to simply rest your bones after a day of antiquing or wine-tasting. Being close to everything, it’s easy to plan your adventures and create sweet memories. This cottage is private and consists of 1 bed/1 bath within 700 square feet on 0.60 acre. It can sleep 4 adults: 1 king bed in master + 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room. Complimentary parking, wifi, snacks, coffee, tea, wine, wildlife, deer, and more await you. We are dog-friendly; a portion of our proceeds is donated to Three Little Pitties All Breed Dog and Cat Rescue.

We are an extended stay hotel with weekly rentals. Our deposit is currently $400 and will be returned if the guest stays at least 3 months and leaves the dome clean. Our current weekly rent is $190.00 for one persona and $240.00 for two.

This beautifully designed hotel will both amaze and delight guests. This all-suite hotel offers one-room suites with sitting areas complete with sofa sleepers and work areas. All spacious suites also include refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Comfort Suites of Brenham also has a meeting room available for small gatherings up to 20 people – ideal for a business meeting!
The Alcorn House
Historic National Register House (c1844) built by one of Stephen F. Austin’s “old three hundred” colonists, with furniture made in Texas by craftsmen from 1850-1880. Three bedrooms with private baths situated on 25 unspoiled acres three miles out of Brenham.

Brew some sweet tea, swing on your porch & relax in your tranquil backyard. Note: this space shares a wall (no shared entry/yard) with an adjoining studio

During Spring the front acre is full of wild flowers. Convenient to Downtown and Shopping. Early check-in and late check-out upon request. We love our guests!!
