If cooking at home isn’t your thing, you are less than a mile to downtown Brenham’s finest restaurants. Don’t want to drive? Take a 7-minute walk from this comfortable duplex (shared wall but no shared entry) to Brazos Valley Brewing Co. and see what’s on tap for the day. Visiting your Blinn College student? Guest access: You have your parking spot in the driveway to the left of the front of the house. The back deck and backyard are yours to use and enjoy.

Other things to note are that the home is a duplex with two units. The units have separate, private entrances and no shared space. They share one wall.
To ensure a meticulous stay, we charge a deep cleaning fee equivalent to the pet fee even if the guest brings a service pet.
