The Kolber Kottage and the Kardinal Kabin are located only 4 miles from Round Top, internationally known for its Spring and Fall Antique Shows. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs. Some of these are grown seasonally in the orchard and garden east of the front porches. Your stay may include homemade muffins, coffee cake, breads, local jams and juice each morning. The kitchens are fully equipped if you choose to cook. Bedrooms rooms have queen beds and pillow top mattresses. Soap, shampoo and hair-dryers are provided. The Texas Room attached to The Kottage has a full kitchen and two beds that can be used for extra lodging. Explore our 26 acres of rolling hills and beautiful trees, and a stocked fish pond.

The “Little Blue” House is a newly built home nestled out in the country. It was designed as a retreat from hectic daily life. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and a small child. Little Blue is located 23 miles from Round Top and 73 miles from Houston. Modern farmhouse decor, all the essentials provided, full kitchen, spacious and brightly lit.
