The Ranch is a 5000 sq-ft. – barndominium with a 1500 sq-ft. covered porch overlooking a gorgeous valley. The theme of the barndo is Texas. The interior is divided into two areas. The front “grand room” is 2000 sq-ft. with a 23 ft.-high ceiling at the peak contains a large sectional sofa, a table that seats 20, a modern kitchen with a large kitchen island. You will also find a large bar and a half bath. Playing pool with your friends on the pool table located next to the bar. The back section contains a large game room, a laundry room, and six bedrooms with own baths. Two of the six bedrooms are Masters. There are smart TVs/cable in the grand room, game room and two masters. The other bedrooms have smart TVs. Sleeps up to 28 in 8 bedrooms with 7 1/2 baths on 7 acres.

The two-story main house has a large living area to seat 20+, a colorful electric fireplace for “ambiance” or heat, concrete floors on the first floor for minimal worry, a game room with large TV, bar and electronic games, and a separate laundry room. The back porch has a pathway to the neighboring Casita and as well as a path to the fire pit area. Upstairs is a bunk room, theater with fiber optic twinkling star ceiling, full bath, and two more large bedrooms with private baths. The Casita has two bedrooms with private baths, and a center gathering room with futon, table, sink, small refrigerator, and K-cup coffee maker. Outside is a fire ring and plenty of wood to enjoy the evening stars and mooing of neighboring cows. Great place for s’mores!
