Journey to the other side of the plantation and learn what foods Mary, Jerry, or Willis would prepare for themselves in the Quarter. Enjoy a casual, locally sourced and thoughtfully crafted meal in Deeply Rooted Ranch’s welcoming dining room. Served family style at our communal tables, making friends and meeting neighbors is highly encouraged!

The menu will consist of a locally sourced protein, 2 farm sides, a salad, house made breads or rolls and a delicious, seasonal dessert. Water, tea and coffee are included.

All ages are welcome, BYOB.

Burton Cotton Gin Festival

Come celebrate history in the making at the 37th Annual Burton Cotton Gin Festival on Saturday, April 18th, 2025. This charming small-town Texas festival is FREE and family-friendly, featuring a parade, live music, contests, games, arts and crafts, delicious food and drinks, an antique tractor pull, an engine show, and classic cars on display. Join us for guided tours of the Gin structure from 11 AM to 2 PM. Also at 3 PM, you can watch the 1914 Burton Farmers Gin in action as it processes a bale of cotton!
