Hang out with Chef Chris and learn what to do what that gorgeous DRR chicken you just purchased.

You’ll break down your own whole chicken and then Chris will guide you through two recipes, as well as discuss other recipes that are a breeze for that busy work week.

We’re hoping this class will give you the confidence to use as much of the chicken as possible.

Each ticket includes a whole DRR pasture raised chicken, the class, recipes and of course, lots and lots of fun!
