This listing is for two houses on one property. One of the houses (12 Armadillos on Main Street faces Main Street), the other house (12 Armadillos on Alamo St) faces Alamo St. You can see from one of the Alamo living room pictures the other house on the property). This mid century modern style home has recently been remodeled and is an open floor plan. There are several additional touches that make this place an entertainers dream (pool table, three outdoor porch areas, outdoor hanging lights, fire pit, gas grill, children’s tree house, tree swing, and a ton of games).

The Ranch is a 5000 sq-ft. – barndominium with a 1500 sq-ft. covered porch overlooking a gorgeous valley. The theme of the barndo is Texas. The interior is divided into two areas. The front “grand room” is 2000 sq-ft. with a 23 ft.-high ceiling at the peak contains a large sectional sofa, a table that seats 20, a modern kitchen with a large kitchen island. You will also find a large bar and a half bath. Playing pool with your friends on the pool table located next to the bar. The back section contains a large game room, a laundry room, and six bedrooms with own baths. Two of the six bedrooms are Masters. There are smart TVs/cable in the grand room, game room and two masters. The other bedrooms have smart TVs. Sleeps up to 28 in 8 bedrooms with 7 1/2 baths on 7 acres.

We are less than a mile from the Brenham High School, the Washington County Fairgrounds, several parks and 2 miles to several sports complexes, Blinn College and Blue Bell Creameries.  We’re 20 min from Washington on the Brazos-the birthplace of Texas, and Round Top Antique Festival.
