Unity Theatre presents Yankee Tavern, a drama by Steven Dietz. This is a Studio Series production playing on the Main Stage March 23 – April 2, 2023.

A stranger walks into the Yankee Tavern and a young couple suddenly finds themselves caught up in a mind-bending conspiracy that sprang up in the wake of the September 11th terrorist attacks. The play isn’t about what did or didn’t happen; it’s about our ideas of truth, fact and belief. It is about the agony of uncertainty and why we sometimes look so hard for reasons not to believe what’s plainly in front of our eyes.

Performances are Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm, and Sundays at 2:00pm. Tickets are $25, students are $15, and any unsold seats are $15 fifteen minutes prior to curtain.
