Unity Theatre presents Jack and the Beanstalk, a Prince Street Players Ltd. Children’s Musical by Jim Eiler and Jeanne Bargy, playing on the Main Stage July 27 – 30, 2023.

Needing money to pay the yearly taxes, Jack’s mother tells him to sell their cow but he ends up with a bag full of magic beans in exchange for the cow. The next morning, after planting them, Jack awakens to find a giant beanstalk. At the top lives a scientifically inclined Giant who has invented a Golden Harp and a tap-dancing Golden Goose. Wackiness ensues as Jack tries to escape the magical kingdom – a fun spin on the classic fairytale.

The show performs twice a day for 4 days only: Thursday & Friday 10:00am and 2:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Public ticket sales begin July 3 and are $15 for adults and $10 for children 18 and under. There are group rates available for parties of 10 or more.
